Okay so you new to Juice Cleanses and Detox, how do you select which package is best for you?
We have 3 basic tips for you and how you should be picking your next juice detox.
- Choose a package that is shorter for your first Juice Detox. This is your first cleanse and it's a good idea to ease yourself in and go for something for 3 days. In 3 days you should get amazing results and some significant weight loss, whilst it being manageable and achievable.
- Do you like vegetables and more importantly vegetable juice? If you are unsure then we would recommend a fruit boost package. These packages are perfect for a juice detox but they have more fruit juice in them, in comparison to the standard packages which contain more vegetable. The result is a sweeter juice and this may be a good place to start for your first cleanse.
- Prepare yourself well for your first cleanse. Try not to binge on junk food or alcohol immediately before your juice detox. This will make the whole process a lot harder for your body as there will be a lot of toxins being cleansed at one point, which could make your detox a little harder. We recommend having a good healthy diet in advance of any cleanse.
