How much is delivery?
Delivery costs are shown at checkout and depend on your location and order size. We aim to keep prices as low as possible while making sure your juices arrive fresh and chilled.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Email us at info@fuel-station.co.ukas soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes. Once production has started, we may not be able to amend the order since everything is made fresh.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna.
Can I return my order?
Our products are fresh perishable juices and for this reason we do not accept returns. We will always endeavour to resolve issues and any errors. Check our T&C's for details or email info@fuel-station.co.uk if you need any more information.
When will I receive my order?
You can select a delivery date at checkout. The cut off for delivery is 3pm. If no date is selected your order will be sent for the next available delivery date. We send our freshly frozen juice on a 24 hour delivery. You’ll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched (usually the day before the delivery date).
Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes. At checkout you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery date (subject to availability). This helps you plan your cleanse in advance.
How should I store Fuel Station Cold-Pressed Juice Cleanse?
Always store your juices in the freezer if keeping for longer than 3 days. They’re fresh and unpasteurized, so correct refrigeration is essential.
Can I bulk order?
Yes. If you’d like to order in larger quantities, email us at info@fuel-station.co.ukand we’ll help arrange it.
Should I consume anything else?
Whilst most of our juice cleanse packages are primarily structured as complete meal replacements, some of our customers opt to include healthy snacks or a light meal and still experience excellent results.
We always encourage customers to pay attention to their body's signals and adjust the juice cleanse to suit their lifestyle and daily routine.
What if I’m pregnant?
We don’t recommend doing a juice cleanse while pregnant or breastfeeding. Please check with your GP before making any dietary changes.
Are the juices allergen free?
All our juices are vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free. However, they’re made in a kitchen where nuts may be present, so we can’t guarantee they’re 100% allergen-free. Please check the individual product pages for accurate allergen information.
I have noticed some ‘bits’ at the bottom of the bottles. Is this normal?
The presence of these 'bits' can occasionally occur in our juices that contain root vegetables such as ginger. It is actually sediment from the juicing process that can settle and congeal at the bottom of the bottle. Despite it's appearance, please be assured that it is safe to consume.
Can I take the juices to work with me for lunch?
Of course. Keep them chilled in a fridge or a cool bag until you’re ready to drink them.
What do I eat when I’m finished?
Ease back into food gently. Start with light meals like soups, salads, or steamed vegetables before returning to heavier meals. Avoid processed food.
Can I leave the juices at room temperature?
The juice should be stored in the fridge or freezer. You can leave the juice at room temperature to defrost it quicker before you consume it but do not allow the juice to get warm as it may spoil.
I opened my package and the juices were partially thawed. What should I do?
That can happen if cooling packs have started to thaw. As long as the bottles are still cold to the touch, freeze or refrigerate them immediately and they’ll be safe to drink. If you’re concerned, contact us at info@fuel-station.co.uk
Why use plastic bottles?
We pride ourselves on our commitment to reducing our plastic use whilst maintaining our competitive pricing. We use a minimum of 30% recycled plastic bottles and we are currently working on the UK's first plant based bottle. Keep your eyes peeled in 2026.
