Alex Gerrard and X Factor star Ray Quinn sign up for healthy detox created by Liverpool's Apprentice star

Liverpool FC WAG Alex Gerrard is known for her gorgeous body and keeping up her motivation the mum-of-three has signed up to Fuel Station's brand new 'delivered diet' ahead of Christmas.

Fuel Station was founded by Liverpool's Apprentice star Kurt Wilson and his brother Jay, and the brothers have now launched their cafe on Button Street serving up healthy shakes, juices and meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Alex took to Twitter to tell her 195,000 followers that she's signed up to Fuel Station's diet plan and said, "Thankyou @FuelShakes for my new healthy diet plan".

Their brand new delivered diet has been created by the London Carriage Works Head Chef Dave Critchley, who has proven healthy eating doesn't have to be boring.

Liverpool's X Factor singer Ray Quinn has also got on board with the healthy eating programme and told his fans all about it.

The Dancing On Ice champion said, "Ahh !! Just received my @FuelShakes kit! #eatclean thank you so soooo much guys!! Let's get fit! #GO".

And after starting his delivered diet plan, the 26-year-old told his 75,000 Twitter followers that he was "feeling fresher already! and encouraged others to do the same telling them "you won't regret it #EatFit #BeFit"

A number of Hollyoaks’ and TOWIE stars are also known to be using the delivered diet by Fuel Station. It is also popular with athletes including Olympic gymnast Beth Tweddle after she visited the store for it's official launch last month.
