Our 5:2 packages contain 5 x 330ml juices & drinks PER DAY. Approx 500 - 620 calories per day (depending on juices selected below).

Dieters are recommended to consume a 'normal' number of calories five days a week and then, for two, non or consecutive days, consume just 25% of their usual calorie total – 500 - 600 calories.

Standard Juice

These are our most popular packages & contain approximately equal amounts of fruit & vegetable juice. Providing a perfectly balanced juice that is beautiful on the palette, high in essential nutrients but also lower in natural sugars than our Fruit Boost range. This is our most popular package. Perfect for beginners and more advanced juicers.

Fruit Boost

These are recommended for newbies & beginners & contain more fruit than vegetable juice. Providing a sweeter juice which is easy on the palette, high in essential nutrients but also higher in natural sugars than our Standard & Low Sugar range. Perfect for beginners.

Low Sugar

These are recommended for experienced juicers & contain significantly more vegetable than fruit juice (some as much as 90% v 10%). Providing a juice which can be an acquired taste which is extremely high in essential nutrients & also significantly lower in natural sugars than our Standard & Fruit Boost range.
