How To Cook Our Meals

Storage:

The meals should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt and can be stored for up to two days.

You can also freeze your meals upon receipt and they will last for up to a month from day of freezing.

 

Microwave Heating:

The meals we’re designed to be re-heated in the microwave. They should be heated for around 3-4 minutes from chilled but cooking times may vary. Just ensure the food is hot throughout.

You can defrost your meals in the refrigerator and then follow the cooking instructions above or cook from frozen in the microwave for around 7-8 minutes or until hot throughout.

 

Alternative Heating:

The meals we’re designed to be re-heated in the microwave, however,  you can re-heat in the oven if you transfer the chilled meal to an oven proof dish and cover with tin foil. Heat at 180 degrees or Gas Mark 4, for 15-20 minutes or until the food is hot throughout.

We don’t recommend oven cooking from frozen.
