How much is delivery?

Delivery costs are shown at checkout and depend on your location and order size. We keep prices as low as possible while making sure your juices arrive fresh and chilled.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Email us at info@fuel-station.co.uk as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes. Once production has started, we may not be able to amend the order since everything is made fresh.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna.

Can I return my order?

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are shipped on a next-day delivery service once made fresh. You’ll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Can I choose my delivery date?

Yes. At checkout you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery date (subject to availability). This helps you plan your cleanse in advance.

How should I store Fuel Station Cold-Pressed Juice Cleanse?

Always keep your juices in the fridge at 0–5°C. They’re fresh and unpasteurized, so refrigeration is essential.

Can I bulk order?

Yes. If you’d like to order in larger quantities, email us at info@fuel-station.co.uk and we’ll help arrange it.

Should I consume anything else?

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna.

What if I’m pregnant?

We don’t recommend doing a juice cleanse while pregnant or breastfeeding. Please check with your GP before making any dietary changes.

Are the juices allergen free?

All our juices are vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free. However, they’re made in a kitchen where nuts are present, so we can’t guarantee they’re 100% allergen-free.

I have noticed some ‘bits’ at the bottom of the bottles. Is this normal?

Yes. At checkout you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery date (subject to availability). This helps you plan your cleanse in advance.

Can I take the juices to work with me for lunch?

Of course. Keep them chilled in a fridge or a cool bag until you’re ready to drink them.

What do I eat when I’m finished?

Ease back into food gently. Start with light meals like soups, salads, or steamed vegetables before returning to heavier meals.

I opened my package and the juices were partially thawed. What should I do?

That can happen if cooling packs have started to warm. As long as the bottles are still cold to the touch, refrigerate them immediately and they’ll be fine to drink. If you’re concerned, contact us at info@fuel-station.co.uk
