Suggested Use

Add one scoop to 200ml of water or soya (or similar milk), shake in shaker or blend. Best used in the morning and before or after exercise.

Banana & Peanut Butter Breakfast Shake:

Add 200ml of cashew, almond, soya milk or water to a blender. Add half a ripe banana, one scoop of Advanced Vegan Protein, add half a tablespoon of nut butter and a few ice cubes and blend.

Frozen Berry Shake:

Add 200ml of cashew, almond, soya milk or water to a blender. Add a handful of frozen berries (blueberries are best), add a scoop of Advanced Vegan Protein and blend. One of our favourites.


What ingredients are in this package?

APPLE - High in vitamin C also known as ascorbic acid. It is an essential dietary nutrient that has many important functions in the body. Apples are also high in potassium which is good for heart health. CARROT - Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, which is converted to vitamin A when consumed. Vitamin A is great for our eye sight. It helps for growth, development, and our Immune systems. CUCUMBER - Cucumbers contain cucurbitacins, lignans, and flavonoids. These three types of phytonutrients found in cucumbers provide us with valuable antioxidant & anti-inflammatory qualities. GINGER - Ginger has a very long history of use in various forms of traditional/alternative medicine. KALE - is low in calorie, high in fiber and has zero fat. It is great for aiding in digestion and elimination with its great fiber content. It's also filled with so many nutrients, vitamins, folate and magnesium LEMONS - High in vitamin C helps the body to manufacture collagen. SPINACH - It is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids. High In Iron. Its leaves also contain a good amount of minerals like potassium, manganese, magnesium, copper and zinc. Potassium is an important component of cell and body fluids that helps controlling heart rate and blood pressure.
