Alex Bowen turns his diet around after Love Island

Fresh from having every female in the country admiring his incredible beach body on ITV’s Love Island, Alex Bowen was back to training & with a vengeance. With a higher intake of calories Alex needed to get the perfect mix between high protein & high carb on training days with high protein, low fats & moderate carbs on his rest days. Alex also told us he wanted variety – “there’s nothing worse than plain chicken & rice” he told us… and we listened! Crafting a completely bespoke diet plan for him, Alex was able to hit all of his macronutrient numbers daily all while enjoying fresh & varied meals.
